Grilled Veggie Dumplings from Bulan in Silverlake LA changed my life forever. I put them up against any fucking dumplings on earth ever. EVER.
The Slumdog from the Dosa Truck (Somewhere in LA parked next to your fav record stores). Indian “Pesto” rubbed inside the DOSA with Paneer, Fresh Spinach and Masala Dosa Potatoes!
The whole menu at Cafe Sattaf in Jerusalem Israel. Its a lebanese joint (Mediterranean). SO FRESH & SO CLEAN! this place is the best food in the middle east for sure!
