here’s my account of wmc 2009…
sorry not going to be exciting as jemz’ version, but nonetheless, had a good time…
boy genius was an official guest of the suite… we roll where they give you big bacon….
i actually missed the Mobroder listening party at Standard Spa… but from all accounts it was one of the top-three events of WMC… everybody chilling in robes… steaming etc… blujemz master of it all….
la sandwicherie, of course you got to go there…. but if you want to make your trip, hit up JOE’S STONE CRAB… this place is the premiere place in the world for Stone Crabs… and they close several months of the years to let the crabs grow back their claws… probably one of my top 5 places to eat in the world…
a couple people mentioned i should do WITW – miami edition… i failed, only thing i have is this almost nekkid picture…
while listening to operation ivy’s “sound system”
before the madness started… check the soundsystem for the mad decent x ttlab party… dude drove all the way from SF to install this badboy…
also from SF, Hamburger Eyes crew installed a pretty badass show…
gaslamp slaying it at Stones Throw party. this is the moment before the storm… he dropped the warble right after this pic and the crowd went craze…. if wmc crowd reaction is any indication, dubstep is 2009.
also got to give a shout to Sabo for taking us to some cool deep house parties… really feeling the vibe of that scene, people are really there for the love of the music…. you can dance whatever hell way you want… also shout to nickodemus and medina for the ny love down there…
