Known for it’s “sharp and biting tone,” the ARP Odyssey, originally released in 1972, is now available as a compact, table-top module, ARP Odyssey Module RV1. It features a faithful reproduction of the original ARP Odyssey circuitry (KORG actually tamed up with the co-founder of ARP, David Friend), and needless to say, it will expand your sound-design possibilities. Here are some key points for the outstanding replica, and peep the video for more information:

– legendary analog synth reissued in module form (no keyboard)
– complete reproduction of original circuitry for authentic ARP sound
– duophonic polyphony
– updated with MIDI + USB functionality
– filters and portamento behaviors for all 3 generations of ARP Odyssey included
– Drive switch function for generating VCA distortion
– hands on control w/ powerful sound shaping capabilities
– traditional Rev1 aesthetic in white w/ cutting-edge tabletop design
