when's the last time you stepped foot in a Sears?

on my trip to honolulu, i went to the mall... parked by the sears... went to take a piss... the place was damn near empty, but there was tremendous buzz around this one area (that's 10 people)... there was a Shamwow-type dood selling something and people were entranced... he's throwing out words like "alotted, one time only, special, bonus"... i kept observing... by the end of it, more than half of the people were sold... pretty impressive...

also spotted in the sale section: STREETWEAR IS DEAD shirt.
(funny thing is that this is better than a lot of catalogs that get sent to me)...

favorite hawaiian food? poke! the best i had was at ono seafood, not to be confused with ono's restaurant across the street

best hawaiian meal? helena's... but what's up with everybody trying to claim kalbi as their own... ji-sung, what do have to say about that?

locals seem to hate on their own city, but for me, honolulu is the perfect mix of urban and natural, minus the traffic... gotta go back soon.
