Hey! What's up, folks. It's DJ Mel coming at ya with some Southern representation. Some of ya'll might know me, if not, I'm homies with Ayres, Catch and that dude Mike 2600. Daps to Pete for putting me on! So if you're ever in Texas, HOLLER. We'll do it properly...

My part of the country isn't really known for fast Miami sounding joints, but this Austin record was pretty big regionally back in the day. Using all the best elements of Funky Drummer, Debbie Deb and that GET BUSY sample that was on everything in the late 80's/early 90's makes this track hard as nails. Good luck finding this record, it's tough to find...

I GOT DOUBLES.

Do people still buy doubles nowadays?

I guess it doesn't matter anymore.

Anyway, If you're in Seattle this weekend, I'm throwing down with FOURCOLORZACK & DV ONE @ THE WAR ROOM.

Ok, the weather is nice (below 90 degrees) it's time to take this for a ride...
