SONGS THAT CHANGED MY LIFE VOL.UNO
I remember first hearing "HOUSE OF GOD" at The Limelight circa 1990.
Coming down the stairs by the main dancefloor I felt this overwhelming
low end that swallowed me and everything around it. Being a night club
newjack at 16(Always using my 6 inches shorter, 70 lbs. lighter, 7 years older cousin's expired license that worked like a charm throughout the Dinkins era) this shit hit me like a ton of bricks. You could feel it in your balls, it penetrated your being. Right then I was hooked. I went to Vinylmania the next day and bought the 12", I didn't even own a turntable.
