So, I have been touring in Europe with Dan Oh for the last couple weeks.. I have some highlights of each country we visited...
I wish that the above was the real line up and not just a poster put on top of another poster
but my favorite part about Norway was "Brown Cheese." It's actual cheese that kind of has a sweet taste to it. It sounds weird, but it was incredible... you put it on bread with butter and then put jam on top, its the Norwegian version of Peanut Butter and Jelly...
GLORY GLORY MAN UNITED! Then it was off to play in Brighton UK, Alongside Uffie & Feadz... But Uffie ended up getting stuck at Customs or some shit and missed the gig and also missed Gatecrasher festival (Bummer) But as much as I love Uffie, (and although I was sad I didnt get to perform with her at least I got to see her in paris) BUT! was really nice to see Feadz shine on his own... He is technically beyond on-point...SO GOOD! I'm gonna say it, he is the best dj on Ed Banger (Medhi is up there too) ... Usually I'm running away from hard bangers like that and crawl into a corner waiting for some minimal or some soulful house, but he fucking killed it... don't get me wrong it wasnt all hard electro he even played some big room to some old school 90's hip house and even some dance hall... Our last stop was Paris and we played at Showcase and it was dope... Over 1500 people underneath this most beautiful bridge in the world just loving every house track I played... Oh Yeah, And I found an IBIZA CAR!!! I'm assuming it plays only Swedish House Mafia Tracks and is fueled by ecstacy... I'll be looking into buying one shortly if that's the case..

Yea I mean think about it, you make 6 figures to do steroids, carry mass guns and kill "rag heads" (thats a navy seals reference I swear!) with impunity...
But that H&K "double taps not required" shit is so ill tho for real....
I think the only thing that could sway me to vote for Mccain is Petes Brothers adamant support of Obama,

NEW LAB LA RADIO The morning I was supposed to go and record this show, I got a terrible phone call informing me that one of my good friends Marie AKA Ms. Digga BKA Dr. D had passed away the night before. Digga was an incredible DJ (she destroyed it at my B-Day this past January, even the ROC was impressed) but more than that she was the homegirl of all homegirls. London will never be the same with out you Marie, I know it’s not much but this show is dedicated to you. We love you and miss you so much.
sTERRYo (TK)
Lloyd-Ski once said “If Blu Jemz is the army, TK is the navy” and you couldn’t sum it up better than that. sTERRYo is the other half of my super group Pocket Checkers and we’ve been making music together since we were in High School. He finally started DJing again a couple years ago and has been dropping my jaw every time. Look out for more from this flaco motherfucker. DJ LINDSEY
I rounded out the show with a set from another one of my favs, DJ Lindsey. I asked her to play a Funk set because I love when she “goes there.” But honestly she can play anything and keep you captivated. If all was fair in this world Lindsey would be djing every party at fashion week in Paris, but instead she’s grinding it out over here like the rest of us and we’re that much more lucky for it. But Paris if you’re listening this is what you need. We’ve started this b-monthly at the standard Hollywood. I don’t know if it’s me, Spider and Hoff or the free makeovers, but its always full of girls… Oxy’s coming thru this Monday and the dudes at Kendo are giving away a free pair of sneakers to a lucky girlie.
P.S. Ayres link's to people talking shit about Lacrate on the hollerboard? Who cares?

So after I got off work at Teddy's (name drop) last night, i headed downtown to this Harvey/Sarcastic party to meet Pube$ & Road Manager Barry. By the time I got there it was already like 2:45 and Pube$' punk "my moms in town" ass was already talking about bouncing. Since I paid $20 to get in I said fuck it and stayed to listen to the legend.... Cut to one hour later and I'm in the middle of the spot dancing my ass off all by myself, no friends, no drugs and no alcohol! To be honest I don't really dance that much, but last night I had no choice. I spent nearly three hours dancing by myself as Harvey maneuvered between three turntables, a reel to reel tape machine and a Bozak mixer (I'm assuming). Why am I writing this? TIME TO STEP OUR GAME UP PEOPLE! For the last time it's not about photo shoots, headphone endorsements, who's the best at scratching, how many B-More remixes you've turned out, who your booking agent is, what hotel your staying at, etc. It really is about the music and giving the people a feeling they'll always remember and turn to when life has them trapped.* -Raver Jemz *unless your just another top-forty dj, than disregard this post, your good.

I know somewhere out there, somebody's laughing. Mon through Thurs we have the best weather ever, only to have it rain every weekend for the last 3 weeks. It's Bullspit (ed. for tv). At least I can chill in with some of these new bangers... The 90's classic reworked by the man himself... For once, I feel C'mish on this one this is a Portishead dream box. and this Peroxide Comics from 2004 is still very relevant to NY today. It's also very Free. I like the bit on the St. Marks flyer guy. It feels good that we can hate together. Also, I feel you Roc. That song is the realness(where's the Arman Van Helden Remix?). Way better than the ATCQ version. "Can I kick it? Yes, We Can." Cheeeeeesy.

Diddy honored with a Hollywood Star
"I'm a definition of how to build a brand and a 360 model. I feel like I'm the definition of that," Combs said. "This new concept that people have, I've been doing it for years. Creating a way out of no way, making lemonade out of lemons, that's what I do." "So if the music industry's getting cannibalized by the Internet, I figure out how to work with it, I figure out how to survive. You throw me in the jungle butt-naked, I come out with a lion's head, some bearskins and a bunch of food. I may be driving a Maybach."
