When I woke up this morning and heard the news of his passing, I immediately burst into tears. Tears of sadness, tears of anger. I too was born in '83, but I dont have an 18 month old daughter like him, nor am i engaged like him. He was murdered in his own home with his family present. Guy was only 24 years old, didn't even reach his peak in potential. Sean would have become the best safety, and perhaps the best defender in league history, I kid you not, easily the most feared person in the league (ask T.O.). Sean Taylor will forever be remembered. I wear my #21 jersey proud today, and every Sunday from now on....
Quite easily my favorite video on YouTube:
Footage from his rookie year only (!)
Candlelight vigil at Redskin Park (Ashburn, VA) at 6 pm tonite, wish I was there.
