OK, we got some beef to address - customer service and Shipset are rolling together on this one. We always welcome customer comments, but if you have a complaint step up to the plate and include your real name and a valid e-mail address so that we can respond to your comments. This is a small business and the shipping department works their asses off to get 150+ packages out everyday; everyone here works as hard as possible to meet the demands of the customers.
